Parents so proud of choir pupils who sang at Young Voices event
PUPILS from Waterloo joined thousands of other children at Manchester Arena for a special choir performance aimed as inspiring a love of music.
A group of Year 4 and 6 children from Waterloo Primary School were asked to attend the Young Voices event along with 5,500 other youngsters from across the UK to sing a variety of songs.
Proud parent, Emma Graham, said: “It was amazing to see my daughter and all her friends singing together with the choir.
“I was so proud of them.
“They worked so hard, and it was such an amazing opportunity to perform in such a huge venue.”
The aim of Young Voices is to inspire a love of music and create memories for the children that will last a lifetime.
