Co-operative Bank staff do their bit for community
MEMBERS of the Co-operative Bank's Fraud and Disputes team have done their bit for the community.
The employees who are based at Delf House in the town held a payday dress down event, bingo and cake sales and collected £275 which they have donated to St James' Catholic primary School in Ashurst, Skelmersdale.
Six members of staff helped paint the Key Stage 1 Nursery on Friday, April 7. Nic Ward was one of the volunteers and said: “We were so efficient we even painted the reception as an extra. Headteacher Mr Iliff was over the moon with the work we'd done as this is a job that the school wouldn't have got round to doing.”
