It will run from 11am-3pm on Thursday, October 26  and  will boast traditional fête activities with a spooky twist. These will include music, magic and clog dancing, crafts, storytelling and Halloween face painting.

They are also planning a Halloween-themed dog show in aid of Freshfields Animal Rescue near Ince Blundell.

The street's eye-catching scarecrows will also be back on display from Friday, October 20- Tuesday, October 31.

Diane Celine  from  the Wesley Street Traders Group said:  “We are really excited about doing our first full Halloween event and have planned lots of mischief, surprises and fun for all!”
