Description: Office Administrator Recruitment Experience Advantageous - Work from Home Part Time (20 hours per week) Monday to Friday / flexible hours We are a small technical consultancy looking for an office administrator with experience in the recruitment industry. Responsibilities would include liaising with global customers and organising IT training requirements. Preparing quotes, organising Consultant timetables around customer training needs, assisting with logistics of foreign travel, working with a database. Confident PC user with intermediate Word, Excel and Email skills and experience managing information on a database. Strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines Able to use own initiative Hands-on with a confident, ‘can do’ attitude Excellent communicator written and verbal Dynamic, flexible and hard-working approach to work Experience of managing process and systems in a busy administrative environment is essential. Background in recruitment would also be advantageous.
