St Vincent’s is a small, friendly residential care home, with a dedicated staff team and a wonderful sense of community. We are rated ‘good’ by the CQC.
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of St Vincent’s, ensuring the provision of a high quality elderly care service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with relevant legislation. You will provide effective leadership, guidance and professional direction to the whole team and possess a thorough understanding of the CQC requirements.
We are keen to recruit someone who is dedicated, enthusiastic, compassionate, respectful and sympathetic to the Christian ethos and values. You must hold an NVQ4 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and an appropriate Management qualification, with elderly residential care leadership experience.
