REQUIRED
We are seeking to replace a Full Time Senior Care Navigator, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills to join our busy but friendly team. The Senior Care Navigator will lead the Care Navigation Team, ensuring patients are signposted to the appropriate healthcare professional.
The successful candidate must be well organised, be a good communicator and possess excellent IT skills. Experience of General Practice reception work is preferred but not essential.
A flexible approach to working 37.5 hours per week is required.
Salary will be in accordance to experience.
