This is the moment that black smoke swept across a residential area in Seaforth after a large blaze broke out in Rimrose Valley Country Park.
Locals were told to close their windows and doors due to the fire, which happened just before 1pm on Friday, April 23 and involved around 2,000 square metres of vegetation.
Firefighters were called out to tackle the flames and the fire was fully extinguished at 2.40pm.
Emergency services didn’t confirm the cause of the fire, but they are asking park-goers to be careful and not to light open fires or use barbecues.
It's the second time in just a few weeks there has been a large fire in Rimrose Valley, with firefighters also called on the afternoon of April 3.
