JAMIE Carragher joined his brother, John, for the start of his sibling’s epic charity run.
John Carragher and friend, Michael Powell, are currently attempting to run four miles, every four hours for seven days - a total of 168 miles - with the event due to finish this Friday (April 30). For the first stretch of the run, former Liverpool defender and Sky pundit, Jamie, joined the pair, which saw them run along Kingsway road in Waterloo as passers-by cheered them on!
The aim is to raise £50,000, which will be spent on a full restoration of the running track in Rimrose Valley Country Park, installation of floodlights and pavilion with changing rooms and car parking.
So far, John and Michael have managed to raise more than £10,000.
