Issabelle braves the chop for charity

by Tom Martin (April 2021)

A SIX year old girl from Litherland has made a generous hair donation after getting a cut for charity!

Issabelle Ord was talking to her family about “health and happiness” when she decided to get a hair cut and donate her long locks to a cancer charity (shown before and after, left).

She chopped off 14 inches of her hair, which has been given to the Little Princess Trust.

This is  a charity that provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment and other conditions and  funds vital research into childhood cancers.
