SKEM Men-Aces Disability Football Club are now back training after a long break.
For one of the weeks it was decided to hold an in-house tournament and it proved to be an enormous success.
Mim Eaton, a coach of the Men-Aces, said: “After a long break, Skem Men-Aces Disability FC came back to training. A few players were apprehensive, but one thing that was in abundance was the smiles, the genuine jubilation of seeing their friends again.
“As a club, we decided just to get the lads back together again to get their fitness levels up.
“We decided to hold our own little in-house tournament and it proved an enormous success. It was pure tonic to see the lads really enjoying themselves.
“We are hoping and touching wood that we can carry on through the winter months, and start playing and enjoying travelling to every corner of Great Britain once again.”
